  1. The offer is open to anyone aged 16, except employees of the Company, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the offer either themselves or through their families who purchased a copy of Miller’s Encyclopedia of World Silver Marks by Judith Miller and Duncam Campbell by calling the number provided below and providing the following quote: SILVER18 UK ORDER NOW: CALL 01903 828503, USA and Canada ORDER NOW: CALL (800) 759-0190.  If you are under 16 years of age, you will be asked to have your guardian complete waivers, consent forms and/or other documentation as prerequisite for being awarded the offer. This offer is valid from 27 March 2018 until 20 April 2018.
  2. The Company is not responsible for contacting or forwarding the offer to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.
  3. The Company reserves the right to alter or cancel the offer without notice, but will try to avoid creating any undue disappointment. No cash alternatives will be provided.
  4. The App is available for download from the Apple Store and Android Store from 27th March 2018. Free access will be attached to the email address receiving this offer, unless otherwise requested. Access to the App will be free until 20 April 2019.  Access to the App is restricted to one App per username/email address.
  5. In the event the App should become unavailable, no replacement will be offered.
  6. Where you have opted-in to receive such communications from us, the email addresses of entrants may be shared with companies within the Hachette group of companies but will not be shared with other companies outside the Hachette group. It will be used by the Hachette companies in accordance with our website Privacy Policy to send you news about books, products and promotions.  You will be given the option of opting out in those emails if you don’t want to receive any further news.
  7. By claiming the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
